Of the number of the Sacraments

It is interesting to see Flavel say this concerning anointing the sick with oil:

“Which are neither Sacramental Rites, nor of ordinary standing Use in the Church, but extraordinary and temporary for that Age.”

Flavel is trying to combat the position of Rome which includes a number of other sacraments like extreme unction (which he tells us is “anointing the Sick near Death with consecrated Oil”).  I would be interested in hearing from other Protestants with only the two sacraments of baptism and the Lord’s Supper whether they think Flavel is overreacting against Rome or if His view of cessationism is right.
