Isaiah 54 may not be the standard text for Easter but maybe you are not feeling eager to sing or even shriek for joy today. Israel, a barren, widowed or worse — divorced, woman was certainly not feeling like singing and shrieking for joy. I trust that this passage will encourage you, challenge you, teach you, and transform you through the power that raised Jesus from the dead. He is risen!
